The policy

Full refund, no questions asked, for 7 days after your kit is delivered.

How to refund

Click ‘Refund this order’ at the bottom of your kit page; the refund is issued to your card immediately and appears in 5-10 business days.

What happens to the kit

After a refund the kit page is no longer available.

If we fail to produce your kit

If our system fails to produce your kit after 3 attempts, you are refunded automatically without asking.

Rewrites

Revisions do not extend the 7-day window.

After 7 days

Because the kit is a personalised digital product delivered instantly, there is no refund after 7 days.

Notes

• The 7-day window is counted from the moment the kit became ready, using Stripe’s own timestamps.
• Refunds go back to the card or payment method used at checkout. Stripe sends the confirmation; we send no email.
• A refund closes the kit. It is not shown again after a refund.
• Support is self-serve: rewrites and refunds are buttons on your kit page. There is no inbox to write to, which is how we keep the price at $39. See also the terms of service and the privacy policy.
